This four-star maisonette apartment on the first floor provides 68m² of living space, comprising a bedroom, a living and sleeping room, a separate kitchen-diner and a bathroom with a bath. The centrepiece of the apartment is the living room with two beds, with stairs up to the bedroom in the attic with a double bed measuring 200 x 200cm and bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. In front of the double bed there is a single bed (90 x 200cm). There is also a wardrobe with a mirror element for storing your clothing and luggage. The living room provides a pull-out sofa bed for two people and a single bed. Cable TV or a stereo system with a CD player and radio provide entertainment. The kitchen enables convenient self-catering with a dishwasher, a four-zone ceramic hob and oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Behind the kitchen unit there is a dining space with a corner bench and two chairs for dining together. The bathroom has a bath with a shower curtain, a window, a washbasin and a WC.
