This apartment is on a quiet street, at the end of a cul-de-sac, just a five-minute walk from the centre of the town of Cres, as well as the beach, hiking and cycling paths. The 50m² apartment was renovated in 2015 and is suitable for three to a maximum of five people. It has two bedrooms, a living room with an integrated kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The big living room provides a comfortable sitting area with an LCD TV and a fold-out sofa that can be converted into a bed (140 x 200cm). Next to the sofa there is an adjoining dining space with bar stools, along with the fully-equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher. The living room has air conditioning and free wireless Internet access. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a kingsize bed and a single bed. You can start the day refreshed after a shower in the walk-in shower in the very modern bathroom.
The apartment has a furnished balcony, inviting you to relax after an exciting holiday day. An awning provides shade from too much sun.
As the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, the neighbourhood consisting only of residential houses is quiet and there is little traffic. There are two little grocery shops within 100 metres, within easy walking distance, along with two restaurants. The beach is about 400 metres away, as is the town centre with its restaurants and supermarkets. The advantage is you can walk everywhere and do not need public transport. A boat ramp and crane are available for boats.
