This traditional villa is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Cala D'Or in eastern Mallorca, just a stone's throw from the beach.
The villa accommodates up to twelve people on several floors. On the ground floor, you will find the spacious living/dining room furnished with three sofas, a satellite television, a safe and a large dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully furnished with all necessary kitchen appliances. On this floor, there is also a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. The lower level houses three bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds, which can be combined to a double and three ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs. On the first floor are an additional bedroom with two single beds and a junior suite with two single beds and a vanity. Both bathrooms boast a bathtub. Wi-Fi is available. Laundry facilities are available on site.
The exterior is a beautiful garden. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, surrounded by sun loungers and sun shades. The patio on the lower level is furnished with a table and chairs. The covered patio on the ground floor is furnished with a dining table and eight chairs. The first floor also has a furnished balcony.
The nearby hotel offers amenities and food.
The beach is 50 meters from the house. Numerous restaurants, the tow centre and shops can be easily accessed on foot. It is about 65 km to the airport.
