In the 1st row with panoramic views of the sea, this attractive Scandinavian-style semi-detached house on 2 floors built in 2016 in the well-known leisure harbor Marina Wendtorf on the sunny side of the Kiel Fjord. It is surrounded by beautiful natural sandy beaches and is located on a large dune plot, surrounded by beach grass. The house is modernly decorated, has floor-to-ceiling windows, light walls and sloping ceilings that give it a light and typical Scandinavian feel. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and an (infusion) sauna. The combined kitchen and living room is located on the 1st floor, from where you have a wonderful panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, the fjord, the dike and the marina. From here you also have access to the balcony, where you can enjoy mild summer evenings and the unique view. At the service office you can borrow binoculars and look at nature and the ships that enter the Kiel Fjord. There is an excellent equipped kitchen for the amateur chefs. From the hallway and the two bedrooms you have access to the terrace with 2 sun loungers and a seating area for 6 people, which invites to a nice summer and cozy barbecue evenings with the grill. Enjoy the sunset from the beach chair in the garden. Then you can relax in front of the flat screen TV with Blu-ray player with a good book or an exciting movie and enjoy the cozy warmth of the bioethanol fireplace. A music system with CD player and MP3 connection is also available here.
