1. Sea View 2 Bed Penthouse Close to Beach

This Penthouse is in a block of 5 apartments. This 5th floor penthouse (served with lift) is finished to the highest standards and includes everything you need to make your vacation in Malta a special one. Although the apartment is located in a quiet residential area, it is only a few minutes away by walk from the promenade of Marsascala where you will find a good selection of bars and restaurants, a park for the kids, gelateria, pharmacy, bank, stationary and convenient food store etc.

The Penthouse has an area of over 80 square metres giving you space for you and your family. The apartment on the top floor of the fifth-story building consists of an open living and dining room with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a spacious daylight bathroom. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a wall-mounted wide flat-screen TV and a glass dining table with five chairs. The adjoining fitted kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances: a four-zone gas hob with an elegant stainless steel extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a Moka coffee machine, a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine (capsules for a fee) and a 40-inch SMART LED TV with Netflix. The bedrooms is furnished with 2 single beds and King Bed. All have bedside tables with reading lights and large closets with plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage. The bathroom with light tiles is equipped with a Shower, a sink with a cupboard, a wall mirror, wall heating and a toilet. A high chair is available on request. Bed linen and towels are provided. Air conditioning (heating and cooling), USB and universal sockets . Free wifi. Additional amenities include a washing machine and drying room (on the rear balcony), iron / ironing board, first aid / safety equipment and a room safe.

Large glass sliding doors in the living room open directly onto your private sunny balcony. You can make yourselves comfortable here on the lounge furniture, use the modern gas grill and enjoy the extensive view over the rooftops of the locality as far as the blue sea and the picturesque harbour.

It is a little less than 500 metres to the sea and the long sandy beach. Long the harbour promenade you can find all kinds of shops and a range of gastronomy. Just down the road, about a 3-minute walk away, there is a bus stop (name Noqra) with regular direct connections to Valetta, the capital of the island. There is also a bus service from the airport to Marsascala .

    “Sehr empfehlenswert! Preis/Leistung perfekt. Positiv: Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Man kann sofort mit den Ferienfeeling beginnen. Wir waren 2 Personen und hatten dadurch viel Raum zur Verfügung. Die Terrasse mit Meersicht ist fantastisch. Sie verweilt zum grillieren und tschillen. Die Betreuung vor Ort war jederzeit bereit. Top! Negativ: Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen und waren rundum zufrieden. Restaurant: Sensi in Marsaskala - Frische Fischspezialitäten sind die Spezialität auf Malta. Sehr gut. Ausflüge: Valetta - Muss man gesehen haben. Sehr gutes Busnetz in alle Regionen.”
