From the house and from the covered terrace you have a relaxing view of Motovun and the hills in the surrounding and on the green nature. In front of the house there is a pool, which provides you refreshment in the summer days or mild evenings. Leisure time can be enriched with available fitness machines and darts. In the area there are beautiful cycling routes, which lead you downhill to the Istrian thermal baths, along the river Mirna or on the path of the old and well-known Parenzana railroad.
