The holiday apartment is on the first floor of a private, two-storey residential house on a quiet residential estate in Porto Maurizio, part of Imperia, on the Flower Riviera in Liguria. It is a short walk from the sea.
The apartment has modern furnishing and is pleasantly light. It was renovated in January 2016. The living room-kitchen provides a sofa bed for two people, a dining table with chairs and a well-equipped kitchen block with an oven, gas stove and fridge-freezer. The TV with DVBT channels is in an elegant cupboard wall. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 190cm), an armchair that can be folded out as a single bed, and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and a washing machine. A further folding bed can be provided for a further person. The air conditioning unit in the corridor is powerful enough to cool and heat the whole apartment. Wireless Internet access is available for a fee. Crockery, cooking utensils, bed linen and towels are provided.
There is a parking space on the communal car park belonging to the house. There is a shared garden with a sunny terrace on the completely fenced site closed off by an automatic gate.
There are shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The sea is also within easy walking distance. There is a bus stop just 100 metres away, with convenient connections to the surrounding localities.
