Thanks to its convenient location, this apartment offers a vacation in the sign of relaxation; however, at the same time, stores of all kinds and pubs are within easy walking distance, as the apartment is located in the center of Torvajanica. On the beach promenade you will find cafes and restaurants, boat rental, sailing and kitesurfing school and nearby a children's playground. Ideal location for a relaxing vacation by the sea and excellent starting point for visiting the eternal city of Rome (28 km) with its countless art treasures and sights. 1 km away a large water park. 16 km away the ancient Roman city of Ostia, 25 km the airport of Fiumicino, 33 km the airport of Ciampino. Parking (free and paid) on the street below the building.
