Charming Apartment in Baška with Private Parking and Wonderful View

If you love houses with a rich history, then this holiday apartment in a house from the 16th century is just the right holiday accommodation for you. The apartment is on two floors and is in the traffic-free centre of Baška, right in the old town and in a quiet location. You can feel the authentic rhythm of life in the village here. The entrance to the apartment is on the second floor, accessed up outdoor stairs with fifteen steps.

The renovated 55m² apartment can accommodate up to four people. It is decorated in a traditional, rustic style and evokes the long history of the house and the generations who lived here. The lower floor has a spacious, air-conditioned living room-kitchen with a sofa, dining table and cooking space, as well as a bathroom with a bath and a shower attachment, a WC and hairdryer. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, stove, cooker hood, fridge and kettle. The big sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed for one person. The dining table in the middle of the room provides ample space for four people. Internal stairs lead up to the first floor, with a bedroom and a balcony. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The beds, the wardrobe and the bedside tables are made of lovely dark wood. There is a little sitting area by the window with a table and two chairs. The upper floor also has a toilet. Free wireless Internet access is available in the apartment.

The bedroom opens onto a 5m² balcony, affording a wonderful view over the rooftops as far as the sea. The private parking space belonging to the apartment is 80 metres from the house, outside of the traffic-free old town.

Owing to the central location of the apartment, everything is within convenient access. It is just 30 to 50 metres to the beach for swimming, restaurants, café bars and shops. The flatly shelved beach is known for its finely polished pebbles. The hiking trails in the area are well-signposted.

    “Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Ferienappartement. Die Lage ist super. Direkt in der Altstadt und echt nicht länger als 1 Minute Fußweg zum Strand (der in der Hauptsaison leider recht überfüllt ist). Ca. 200 Meter bergauf gelegen ist ein reservierter Parkplatz auf dem man sein Auto lassen kann. Dieser ist sehr eng und mehr oder weniger in der prallen Sonne. Aber immerhin. Gäbe es diesen nicht, wüsste man nicht, wohin mit seinem Auto.

    Das Zimmer ist besonders im Hochsommer super, da die dicken Steinwände toll isolieren und zusätzlich eine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Es ist insgesamt ziemlich sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Bad ist sehr klein aber funktional. Die Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet (sogar mit Geschirrtüchern). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und über Handy zu erreichen. Wenn was ist, ruft man an und sie kümmern sich sofort darum. Unter dem Zimmer ist ein Laden, in dem Musik läuft. Diese hört man leider oben im Zimmer - wenn auch nicht sehr laut. Da der Laden immer um spätestens 23 Uhr geschlossen hat, hat man auf jeden Fall eine ruhige Nacht.”
