On North Zealand, the fantastic beaches lie like pearls on a string. Crystal clear water in front of the cliffs of Tisvilde, from where you can see Sweden, invites you to swim. Denmark's nature also shows its prettiest side here. Heatherhill', as the name suggests, is a gently rolling, protected heath landscape. The enchanted 'Troldeskov' from Tisvilde along the coast to Asserbo Plantation consists of 100-180 year old gnarled pines. On North Zealand you will also find Denmark's largest lake, Arresø, where you can take a boat trip with the ship Frederikke. Just 45 minutes drive by car from the cottage are Roskilde and Copenhagen.

    “Het huisje ligt in een prachtige groene rustige omgeving met rechtstreekse toegang tot het Arresø (meer). Het huisje zelf is mooi ingericht en alles wat men nodig heeft om een leuk verblijf te hebben, is aanwezig. Als ik al een minpuntje moet vermelden, is het misschien de badkamer, maar toch hebben we daar geen hinder van ondervonden. Het bezoek van een ree(bok) en/of een eekhoorn elke dag in onze tuin maakte dit allemaal goed. Voor ons (met drieën) was het de perfecte vakantie. Ik kan dit huis ten zeerste aanraden aan mensen die graag van rust en kalmte houden tijdens de lange avonden.”
