Modern holiday home with a big terrace, newly built in 2016, by the Saaler Bodden

The holiday home in Neuendorf is in Saal, opposite the bodden side of the Fischland/Darss peninsula.

The big terrace is accessed from the living room and provides garden furniture. It is fenced, measures around 130m² and has a grill. The whole outdoor area measures ca. 3890m² and you can share use of it, with a grill, campfire, playground with a little slide, a natural football and volleyball court and a trampoline. The apartment has two free parking spaces.

The house measures around 80m² and is suitable for up to eight people. It was newly built in 2016 and has tasteful and modern furnishing. The house has a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a second, separate guest WC. All the rooms are on one level and have under-floor heating. The living and dining room with access to the terrace provides a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, a stereo system and wireless Internet access. A highchair and a travel cot are available. The modern kitchen, which is open towards the living and dining room, is equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, a stove, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm and 180 x 200cm) and a bunk bed (100 x 200cm).

The Neuendorf harbour with a new marina and boat hire is only three minutes from the holiday house. The Saaler Bodden 300 metres away is a paradise for surfers and kite surfers. Wustrow, Ahrenshoop, Dierhagen etc. are within 15 minutes by car or 40 minutes by bicycle. There is a very good network of cycle paths. It is eight kilometres to the nearest supermarket. There is a bakery three kilometres away and it is 300 metres to a restaurant and a snack bar.

Bicycles can be hired, as well as a motorboat for fishing or trips on the Saaler Bodden (no permit required for up to five people). The beach is 300 metres away.

    “Naja hatte mehr erwartet für das Geld Positiv: Die Ruhe. Außer der eine Tag wo im Garten Rasen gemäht wurde. Und der Grillplatz war gut und das Fußballplatz Negativ: Schimmel im Bad in den Fugen der Dusche. Die Steinkante muss erneuert werden am Eingang. Hab mir da einen Platten gefahren.”

    Der Rasen muss leider auch mal gemäht werden, sorry!”

    “Check-in/-out recht unpersönlich, nicht von abschrecken lassen. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Die Ferienwohnung war im Großen und Ganzen absolut in Ordnung, teilweise etwas spartanisch eingerichtet (zb keine Nachttische, keine Schneidebretter), aber damit kann man gut leben, ist ja auch nur eine Ferienwohnung. Im Großen und Ganzen bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten sehr ordentlich und gepflegt. Gute Matratzen, wir haben super geschlafen! Die Spielmöglichkeiten auf dem Außengelände für die Kinder sind top!”

    “Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, welche auch 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern Raum bietet. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man auch mehrere Wochen dort wohnen könnte. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen separaten Garten und Terrasse. WLan ist vorhanden. Umfangreiche Spielgeräte wie Trampolin, schmucke, Fußball, Buddelecke und Kletterturm, die Kinder waren auch sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage!“”

    “Toller Urlaub! Wie beschrieben Modern eingerichtet, Schöne Grillanlage mit Smoker, Lagerfeuer und überdachter großer Sitzecke. Auch W-Lan ist sogar vor dem Haus möglich! Kinder haben hier ausreichend Spielmöglichkeiten und Geräte (vom Fahrrad bis zum Roller) Trampolin, Rutsche mit Hochstand usw.
    Erholsamer Urlaub, alles was man braucht!!!”

    “Ausstattung ist gut, alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird. Lage ist ok, man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen. Leider wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben kein Grill auf der Terrasse, dafür ein Gemeinschaftsgrill, ist ein wenig umständlich alles dort jedesmal hinzutragen. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, Wlan müsste verbessert werden, schlechter bis teilweise kein Empfang in der Wohnung, ansonsten toller Urlaub, kommen gerne wieder.”
