Welcome to this well-equipped cottage set in pastoral surroundings outside of Svanesund, on the southeastern part of Orust. This is an excellent holiday home for those who want a peaceful environment.

The garden is beautiful with lots of space for children to play. Part of the garden is a natural plot bordering a forest with an abundance of wild berries and mushrooms. Chances are you will see elk and deer in the forest as well.

The cottage features a newly-built built, roofed terrace – a perfect place for dining and relaxing! On the bottom floor of the cottage you will find well-equipped kitchen with a kitchen table. There's also a comfortable living room with a dining table, a wood burning stove, a TV, and a sofa bed that fits two. The bathroom features a WC, a washbasin, a shower, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer.

The little town of Svanesund is only five kilometres away. Here you will find shops, services , and a lovely beach with cliffs, sand, and a diving tower. Orust is a beautiful island with plenty of lovely walking paths. A lovely path is Kulturstigen Kultehamn, a four kilometre path through the hilly landscape with it's old cottages. The nature reserve around lake Kollungeröd is only two kilometres away. You will find several rare birds here, such as marsh harrier and ducks.

Tjörn and Orust offer many charming seaside towns such as Klädesholmen, Kyreksund, Hälleviksstrand och Mollösund, lovely places to visit. There are plenty of activities, such as kayaking, diving, fishing, and golfing. Visit Stenungstorg's mall with it's 60 shops, or why not take a day trip to Göteborg, 70 kilometres away?

    “Sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr gepflegt, ruhige Umgebung in Waldnähe, aber nicht abgeschieden. Gute Betten. Die Lage war für uns optimal. Ein Lebensmttelmarkt und kleinere Restaurants sowie Tankstelle und Badeplatz sind in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt für größere Erkundungen und zu weiteren Badestellen.”
