Bright, two storey holiday villa with modern furnishings, a private pool and a beautiful garden

This modern holiday home, built in 2015, is situated in a quiet setting. It is located outside of the town centre of Alcudia, near the coast. It is ideal for families with children.

The house accommodates up to twelve people on 220 m² on two floors. The spacious and bright living room is furnished with a dining table, a sectional and a flat screen television with satellite reception and a DVD player and is located on the ground floor. Integrated into the living room, is the modern, open plan kitchen. The kitchen is furnished with a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms with single beds (0.90m x 2.00 m each) and a naturally lit, shared bathroom with a shower, sink and a toilet. A stunning staircase leads to the top of the house with the two double bedrooms (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with ensuite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a dressing area, a bathtub in the bedroom, a separate shower and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms on the top floor has access to the balcony, which offers views of the mountains and the famous walls of Alcudia, which are lit up at night. Upstairs, you will find an additional two bedrooms with two single beds, which can be combined to a double and a full bathroom. The house also wireless internet access free of charge.

The highlight of the property is the refreshing pool with a ladder and the partially covered patio with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. The 500 m² property is planted with local plants and palm trees. A barbecue is also at your disposal. Parking for two cars is available at the house.

It is only 50 meters to the Mediterranean and the sandy beach. Easily accessible on foot. It is about 800 meters into the town centre of Alcudia. Alcudia is well-known for its old town and its Mallorquin restaurants. We recommend a visit to the weekly Sunday market. It is about 3 km by car to Pollença, where you will find more restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife.

    “Sehr schönes, helles und geräumiges Haus mit tollem Pool und schönem Garten
    in ruhiger Lage. Das Haus ist ca. 150-200 m. vom Meer entfernt. Dort befindet sich ein kleiner Sandstrand, wobei der Großteil des Naturstrandes aus Stein- und Felsplatten besteht. Es gibt jedoch einen Steg und einen Einstieg über eine Leiter. Sandstrände und Buchten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß bzw. mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

    Das Haus ist modern und schön gestaltet. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich der große offene Wohn- und Essbereich mit Küche. Ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem separaten Badezimmer mit WC. Entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es jedoch kein zweites Schlafzimmer. Es gibt einen weiteren Raum indem die Waschmaschine und ein Baby-Reisebett untergebracht ist. Dieser dient lediglich als Abstellraum. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und integriertem Bad, sowie zwei Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbetten und einem separatem Badezimmer.
    Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für 10 Personen.

    Wünschenswert wäre, wenn die Küche mit mehr Kochutensilien ausgestattet wäre (großes Sieb, Schöpfkelle/Löffel, Salatbesteck).

    Unser Fazit: Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hatten einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub.”

    “Sehr moderne und schöne Ausstattung. Das Haus beinhaltet alles Notwendige für den Alltag. Handtücher und Badetücher für den Strand sind vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und hell. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.”
