    “Die Wohnung ist schön eingeteilt. Man kommt direkt in den Wohnraum. Dort befindet sich eine große, gemütliche Sitzecke mit Couchtisch und Sessel. Ein Flachbildschirm ist vorhanden. Durch eine kleine Abgrenzung getrennt, kommt man in eine komplett ausgestattet Küche. Herd (Ceranfeld), Backofen, Mikrowelle usw. Alles vorhanden (außer Geschirrspüler). Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Eierkocher, Toaster, Handmixer.

    Vom Wohnraum aus geht eine Treppe (sehr steil) nach oben. Dort befindet sich ein Kinderzimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Babybett. Die Wohnung ist für Familien gut geeignet. Für ältere und eingeschränkte Personen eher nicht, aufgrund der steilen Treppe.

    Das Bad befindet sich im unteren Bereich, hat Dusche, WC und angrenzend einen Abstellraum. Alles ist in einem technisch einwandfreiem Zustand und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist direkt neben dem Wohnhaus der Vermieter. An die Wohnung angrenzend befindet sich ein wunderschön angelegter Garten, in dem sich ein Teich und Tannen befinden. Ebenso steht dort eine Blockhütte, die zur freien Verfügung steht. Das Haus befindet sich etwas abseits der Ortes in einer Sackgasse. Es ist wunderschön ruhig. Perfekt zum Erholen.”
