The best time to visit Central Portugal
It is probably better to book your holiday rental outside of the peak summer months. May, June and September still have plenty of sunshine for a beach holiday. In May the wild flowers are beginning to bloom and in September the landscape begins to take on the glorious colours of autumn. Central Portugal is a great destination to book a holiday home for a beach holiday but with its fascinating cities and snowy mountains you can have a great holiday in the region at any time of the year.
