This stylish and contemporary villa enjoys a picturesque location close to a verdant pine forest and just 200m from a pebbled beach. It it spread across two floors which are connected by an external staircase. Active guests will enjoy the small fitness room, whilst the outside swimming pool and as of 2018 a whirlpool next to it appeal to those who like to relax admist the pretty surroundings. The historic town of Trogir is approximately 8km away. A small suite belongs to the house, located next to the fitness room by the pool, which consists of a bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchen.

    “Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, der Aussenbereich mit Pool sehr schön angelegt, die Eigentümer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Objekt eignet sich gut für befreundete Familien mit größeren Kindern, bietet viele Sitzgelegenheiten im Aussenbereich, so dass es genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gibt. Man sollte wissen,dass die An- und Abflugschneise des Flughafens von Split über der Insel Ciovo verläuft. Je nach Windrichtung und Wochentag kann es zu häufigem Flugverkehr kommen.”
