House in Vilanija with Closed Garage

This detached four-star holiday house is very close to town, quietly situated on a side street with little traffic in Vilanija near Umag.

The house is on two floors with a basement and provides around 300m² of living space. The interior is very modern and meets higher European standards. The ground floor of around 100m² comprises a fully-furnished bedroom with a double bed and cupboard, a living room with a very big sofa and a relaxation corner for reading, a flatscreen TV (incl. satellite) and two air conditioning units. The adjoining fully-equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, dining corner with a dining table and six chairs. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate guest toilet. The upper floor also provides just over 100m² of living space, consisting of two bedrooms (one has satellite TV) with double beds and a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven) and a little dining table with four chairs. The adjoining open living room has a very large double bed with a sideboard and shelf, as well as two air conditioning units. The basement consists of an entrance area, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine and a bedroom with a double bed and a separate single bed (suitable for a couple with a child).

The large terrace, accessed from the ground floor, has two garden loungers and little tables for sunbathing and enjoying a drink. He upper floor also has a somewhat smaller terrace with a wooden table and two chairs. This terrace is accessed from the living room and a bedroom. There is a grill with garden furniture in the garden for leisurely hours, with a fully-equipped summer kitchen with an electric stove, oven and dishwasher and lovely wicker furniture. The site is partially fenced (to the rear and at the sides). You can rive to the three parking spaces from the road, which are right in front of the main entrance. There is also a closed garage. As the road has little traffic, the house is also suitable for children and dogs.

The living room and bedroom on the ground floor are each fitted with an air conditioning unit, as well as the living room-bedroom and bedroom on the upper floor. The property is not suitable for wheelchair users, as there are steps on one side of the house, as well as from the terrace to the garden sitting area. A travel bed, children’s bed, highchair and paddling pool can be provided.

It is about 7km to the rocky beach at the Stella Maria holiday complex, which is easy to get to by car. You can park your car about 200 metres from the beach. Various paved or stony paths lead there. There is a little general grocery shop in Petrovija for everyday items, 2km from Vilanija. In the centre of Umag and in the area you can find various supermarkets and restaurants. Vilanija is a little suburb about 4km from Umag.

    “Sehr schöne Unterkunft, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus, das Grundstück und der Pool waren ausreichend groß. Alles war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war problemlos und sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.”

    “Das Haus ist mit allem was man brauchte ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Tolle Ausstattung, mehrere Klimaanlagen und hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick zum Meer. Eine ganz tolle Sommerküche im Garten mit Grill und kompletter Ausstattung. Absolut ruhige Lage. Wir haben hier noch nicht einmal unsere beiden Autos abschließen müssen :-)”

    “Das Haus war in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegtem Zustand, überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Wir bewohnten es zwar nur mit 2 Personen und 2 Hunden, aber sogar 6 Personen sind in diesem Haus ohne Platzangst vorstellbar - was ja oft behauptet wird und selten zutrifft. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und bestens zur Erholung geeignet.

    Das Grundstück ist gepflegt und mit guten Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet. Wir hatten es uns zwar etwas größer vorgestellt und die Einsehbarkeit von mehreren Seiten finden wir auch nicht optimal, aber das ändert nichts am insgesamt sehr guten Gesamteindruck des Objektes.

    Auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch den Verwalter / Nachbar ist sehr gut. Wir hatten anfangs bei sehr kühlem Wetter ein Heizungsproblem, was der Verwalter super schnell noch am späten Abend lösen konnte. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis empfinden wir als gut bis sehr gut und werden deshalb in diesem Jahr auch wieder Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus machen.”
