APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
Very bright and spacious four-room apartment on the southern slope of Celerina. Quiet and sunny location with a wonderful view of the Val Bernina and the large garden. Very quiet house with a family atmosphere.
The apartment is on the ground floor of the building, is about 95 square meters and faces east and south. The hallway leads to the three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, the other two bedrooms are each equipped with two single beds. All bedrooms have a beautiful view of the garden. Three steps lead to the open living / dining area. In the dining area, there is a large wooden table with a corner bench and plenty of space for our guests. A high chair for small children is available on request. From the dining area there are only a few steps to the well-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, oven, fondue, raclette). There is a cozy couch corner in the bright living room area. Radio and TV are available.
The living room area opens to the large garden, which is available for sole use and is equipped with two terraces. Another access to the garden is from one of the bedrooms. In summer, garden furniture (round table and chairs with cushions) can be provided.
The apartment has two bathrooms with window / daylight, one bathroom with bathtub the other with shower.
The entrance area and the bedrooms are furnished with carpeting, the living and dining area with wood flooring.
The outstanding feature of the apartment is the extremely favorable division with a large and bright living area for socializing and ideal retreats in the three friendly bedrooms. The apartment is ideal for families, 3-generation holidays and small sports groups.
MISCELLANEOUS:
W-LAN/Internet is available. A shared laundry and drying room is located in the basement. This can also be reserved by means of a small note on the door.
A separate garage space as well as a ski and bicycle room and other storage options are available in the underground parking.

The apartment is centrally located near the train station of Celerina. It is very quiet and yet in the middle of it all and only a few minutes' walk from the valley station of the Celeriner Bergbahnen Corviglia / Marguns with the St. Moritz - Celerina ski school and Snowli Kids Village at the Cresta Palace as well as from the village center with restaurants, shops, bus stops, bakery, tennis / ice rink, playgrounds. The cross-country ski school Celerina and the beginning of the cross-country ski trail around San Gian with the extensive network of trails in the Upper Engadine can be reached in approx. 10 minutes. In summer, you can access the extensive hiking and mountain biking network from here.
There are half-hour connections by bus (nearest stop is Cresta Palace) and by train to the surrounding villages of Samedan, St. Moritz and Pontresina.
