Ferienwohnung 1

Im Erdgeschoß des Hauses finden Sie eine individuelle Nichtraucherwohnung mit 82 m² und geschützter Terrasse im Innenhof. Zwei Schafzimmer mit Doppelbetten (180x200) stehen zur Verfügung. Kinderbetten sind möglich. Die offene Küche mit Spülmaschine ist eingefasst von der Frühstückstheke mit Barhockern und geht in den geräumigen Wohn-/Essbereich über. Im Bad finden sich Wanne, Dusche, Doppelwaschtisch und WC. Bettwäsche, Hand- und Geschirrtücher, sowie ein Haartrockner sind vorhanden ebenso SAT-TV, Stereoanlage und kostenfreies Gast-WLAN. Die Wohnung hat zwei Eingänge, einer barrierefrei über die zugehörige Terrasse, ideal für Kinderwägen, Rollatoren oder Rollstühlen. Wir haben das Thema Werkstatt in der Wohnung aufgegriffen mit ausgefallenen Details.
Wir haben Sauna, Infrarotkabine, Tischtennis, Kicker, Fitnessgeräte, Fahrräder und Riesenkettcars, einen Fahrrad- und Skiraum. Buchbar sind zwei Pkw-Stellplätze und vier Garagenplätze.
