Homely Holiday Home in Juelsminde with Sauna

Completely renovated (2022) holiday home, located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the popular holiday home area Pøt Strandby near the cozy harbor town of Juelsminde. The area is particularly known for the child-friendly beaches. The summer house contains an open-plan kitchen/family room with the living room. Large bright bedrooms with good wardrobes. One of the rooms has direct access to the garden. In addition, there is a large swimming pool, spa and sauna. The loft is set up for a game room - PlayStation 4 and beanbags. On the terrace there are 2 annexes of 11 m2 each, both furnished with a double bed (180 cm) and heated with an electric radiator. The house's large wooden terrace invites you to cozy barbecue evenings with family and friends as well as a game of table tennis. In the garden there are 2 football goals, a swing, a sandbox and a fire pit. The interior of the house is ideal, as you can have a conversation across the rooms, regardless of whether you are in the kitchen, sitting in the living room or taking a dip in the pool. You can also easily keep an eye on bathing children. Should you fancy another activity, the children in Juelsminde have the opportunity to use up their energy on the huge playground built in 2021, with both a mega slide and ball courts. Meanwhile, the adults can go to the cozy shops or take a trip around the marina. It is also possible to take a ferry from Snaptun and visit either Endelave or Hjarnø.
