Very charming older cottage with plenty of space for 4 people and in a garden. The house is located near the town of Juelsminde as well as the beaches. The house has a large living room with sitting area and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. In addition, an older bathroom and a bedroom from which a door leads to both the living room and the hallway. On the 1st floor there is a large bedroom and a good renovated bathroom.
The house has a west-facing terrace, part of which is covered. Here you can have an optimal barbecue. The house is located near a street, but the terrace is turned away from the street, so you will not be disturbed here. Behind the house is a company that does not make any significant noise. However, during the day there may be traffic. On the terrace there is an older shed, which is privately used by the owner (no access). Heating with oil burner is included in the rent. Enjoy the advantage of being close to the city and the atmospheric marina and experience life in Juelsminde.
