This stone house, built in 1828 is quietly located in a rural location on a 5000 m² property about 700 meters from the ocean. It is 1.5 km to the coastal resort of Moriani-Plage and 40 km to Bastia.

Outside, you can enjoy the large garden with a private heated swimming pool of 9mx4m depth of 1.30m with protective tarpaulin and security alarm and natural stones around it and the large terrace furnished with outdoor furniture. The kids will enjoy the ping pong table, the petanque court (balls are provided) and the playground, only 120 meters from the property. The property offers parking for your vehicle.

The 180 m², two storey house offers room for up to ten people and was renovated in 2013. It boasts five bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor rooms have large windows, facing the patio. There are two double bedrooms (140 x 190 cm), a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, the air conditioned dining room with a piano, the fully loaded kitchen, the very spacious kitchen and a utility room with a washing machine. On the first floor you will find the children's room with a double bunk bed (90 x 190 cm), two bedrooms with a 140 x 190 cm bed, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet and the air conditioned living room with a television and a fireplace. All rooms are equipped with heating. Wireless internet access is available.

Enjoy the peace and quiet here! It is only 700 m to the ocean. Enjoy long walks. It is just 1.5 km to Moriani-Plage, where you will find restaurants, ice cream parlours, tourist information, a grocery store, shops, a swimming pool and a tennis court. It is 3 km to the yacht harbour and a night club. We recommend day trips to Corte with its museums, the lake and the river (about a 2 hour drive), Porto-Vecchio, Bonifaccio and Bastia (40 km).

Up to three children can be accommodated in cots.
