This charming two bedroom apartment is located in the Las Colinas residential complex of Calahonda. The golf course "La Siesta" and the tennis club "Club del Sol" are within walking distance. Las Colinas has a pool area in its beautiful garden with palm trees, which has shared umbrellas and sun loungers. The heated indoor pool is closed from April to September inclusive.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor and has a large open-plan living area with a dining set for four people, comfortable sofas, as well as with TV and Wi-Fi. From here you can access a terrace with a seating area, from which you can enjoy the fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and where you can relax on two comfortable deck chairs. The well-equipped kitchen is connected to the dining area via a hatch. There is plenty of space in the two bedrooms and both have built-in closets. The larger bedroom has a double bed and its own balcony with seating and views to the east. In the second bedroom there are two single beds and the possibility to add a pull-out bed. From here you can access a terrace with a view to the west. There is both a full bathroom with bathtub and shower possibility, and another bathroom with shower and toilet.
The village of Calahonda is located between Cabopino and Riviera and is very popular with joggers. From the sea and the sandy beaches you have easy access to the higher and quieter inland, from where you can enjoy the spectacular views. In Calahonda there is not only a fantastic beach, but also many interesting stores, restaurants and bars, so you will find everything for your stay here and actually do not need a car for this vacation. For excursions there is the bus connection Fuengirola ? Marbella, and in the summer the possibility of round trips with the tourist train around the city and to the higher areas.
