Holiday apartment with a terrace and a wonderful view

The house is in a quiet neighbourhood in Podstrana, near the beach.

The apartment spreads over the ground and first floor. It has a living space of 100m² and can accommodate up to eight persons.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms (two of which are air conditioned): one with a double bed, the second with two single beds and the third bedroom has a foldable sofa bed for two persons. On the ground floor, the living room also has a sofa bed for two people. The living and dining room is air conditioned and provides seating, satellite TV and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. The two bathrooms each have a shower, washbasin and toilet. A washing machine and wireless Internet access are also available.

You can enjoy a wonderful view over the area and the sea from the terrace with garden furniture. Behind the house there is a garden with plants and flowers, as well as a barbecue for house guests. Parking spaces are also available.

The owner provides a baby bed and a travel cot if required.

The beach is just 800 metres away. Public transport runs every 20 minutes. You can enjoy a range of outdoor activities, such as jogging on the beach, cycling, walking, birdwatching. Tennis courts and golf courses are also available in Stobrec, a five-minute drive away. Other coastal towns such as Omis, Makarska, Trogir and Primosten are not far away. Split is ten kilometres away and from here you can visit the nearby islands of Hvar or Brac by boat or ferry. It is also recommended to go on a day trip to Dubrovnik or Medjugorje.

    “Das Haus/die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und traumhaft gelegen. Die Bilder auf der Angebotsseite geben einen sehr guten Eindruck von der Ferienwohnung wieder. Der Vermieter und seine Familie können kroatisch und fließend Englisch sprechen. Sie standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und waren sehr bemüht, um uns einen traumhaften Urlaub zu bieten.
    Die Terrasse bot einen wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer, Split und die vorgelagerten Inseln. Die Einrichtung einspricht einen gehobenen Standard, ist modern und entspricht der Beschreibung auf der Angebotsseite.
    Die Wohnung an sich ist auf 2 Etagen verteilt. Die Küche, das große Wohnzimmer, ein Bad, die Terrasse und der Vorsaal befinden sich im Erdgeschoss und waren klimatisiert. Die beiden Schlafzimmer mit Balkon und ein weiteres Bad befinden sich im ersten Stock. Dieses war wie auf der Angebotsseite nicht klimatisiert (Stand 08.2015). Der Vermieter meinte aber, dass er für die Saison 2016 eine Klimaanlage in der ersten Etage nachrüsten möchte. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) einen tollen Urlaub bei sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Gastgebern verbringen dürfen.”

    Kleine geschenke und eine vorbereitete frühstücksplatte mit brot sorgen für einen herzlichen empfang Negativ: Das Schlafzimmer ist nicht klimatisiert. Was bei wärmeren Temperaturen für probleme sorgt. Ein Rollo und Fliegengitter sind zwar installiert, ab 7 Uhr leuchtet der Sonnenaufgang direkt ins Zimmer. Appartment 3”
