If you are looking for peace and quiet, then this apartment by the beach at Lindbergh Plage is the right choice. This place owes its name to the famous American pilot Charles Lindbergh, who flew over the beach and dunes on his first Atlantic crossing. Lindbergh Plage belongs to Saint-Lô d'Ourville, just a two-minute drive away. The apartment is on the first floor of a residential house built in 2014, which is just 20 metres from the beach. On the ground floor of the house there are garages used by the owner.



The apartment with a modern and elegant interior provides a spacious 90m² for six people. It has a bedroom with a double bed (160cm wide) and a cupboard. The second bedroom has two single beds (90cm wide). The big living room has a sitting and dining area with a sofa bed for two people and an open, modern, built-in kitchen, which is fully-equipped.     “Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder. Positiv: Sehr herzlicher Empfang der Vermieter die auch Englisch sprechen. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet und hat eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Haus grenzt direkt an die Dünen so das der Weg zum Stand in wenigen Minuten erledigt ist. Ausserhalb der regionalen Ferienzeit hat man fast den Strand für sich alleine. Wenn in Frankreich die Ferien beginnen ändert sich daran aber nicht viel. Ideal für Besucher die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Direkt angrenzend an die Siedlung gibt es noch eine Strandbar die bis spät in die Nacht geöffnet hat und in der man ebenfalls sehr herzlich empfangen wird. Hier kann man auch sehr gut essen. Geschlafen haben wir auch sehr gut denn Matratzen und Kopfkissen sind hochwertig. Ein Hinweis noch für Freunde von Filterkaffee...es gibt nur eine Kapsel Kaffee Maschine. Wenn Filterkaffe ein Muss ist, dann am besten einen Aufguss Filter einpacken. Wir haben zumindest einen French Press Filter in den Supermärkten gefunden.”

    “Komplett mit sehr guten Geräten ausgestattet, sehr sauber, geräumig, hell, aus großen Fenstern Blick direkt auf den Ärmelkanal und die Insel Jersey, dadurch Leben mit dem Kommen und Gehen des Meeres in den Gezeiten, sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Schlechtes Wetter war kein Problem. In der Wohnung kann man sich gut aufhalten. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut in Schuss und liebevoll eingerichtet, im ersten Stock und nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist eine ganze Etage in einem freistehenden Haus auf dem Gelände des Eigentümers. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Bootsgarage, so braucht man auf niemanden Rücksicht zu nehmen. 2019 werden die Eigentümer selbst dort wohnen, weil ihre Wohnung renoviert wird. Für 2020 darf man sich auf diese wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung wieder freuen.”

    “Eine ausgezeichnete und bis ins Detail komplett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort. Wir haben in der Küche nichts vermisst. Da sich alle Fenster abdunkeln lassen, hat sich die Wohnung in der sommerlichen Hitze auch nicht aufgeheizt. Nachts sind die Temperaturen durch die angenehme Meeresbrise auch immer soweit zurückgegangen, dass ein erholsamer Schlaf möglich war.”
