Modern and comfortably furnished holiday apartments in an old villa by the Havelpegel
The apartments are situated in the south of the Dominsel, right by the water. They are on the raised ground floor of a villa built in 1916 by the Havelpegel. The villa belonged to a mill complex, so that the former functionality determines the character and charm of the setting. All the apartments are light, with an inviting design, and are in a quiet location with a pleasant view. You can enjoy all the necessary modern comfort. The units have a private bathroom or shower room with a WC. A TV is provided. Whether you are staying as day guests or are planning a longer stay, everything is provided for you. Plenty of parking spaces are available.
The Dom Sankt Peter und Paul is on the island. It is considered the cradle of Mark Brandenburg. You get from the Dominsel as district via the Mühlendamm into the centre (e.g. Paulikloster and Katharinenkirche), and via the Grillendamm into the old town to the Gotthardtkirche and the town hall. There are also many bridges that will delight visitors to the town on water.

The apartment is flooded with daylight and has wooden blinds for darkening. The living room/bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm) and an open kitchen. Next to it there is a daylight bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC. The windows afford a fabulous view of the Havel bay of the southern Dominsel. It is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
There is a new shared terrace right by the water with seating and a boat mooring, shared with holiday apartment atraveo no. 841281. You can load and unload in front of the door and there are parking spaces nearby.

The Oberhavel flows past the house on the other side through the town cetnre and the large dam at Breitlingsee. The nearest shopping centre is a five-minute walk away in the centre. The cultural centre and te boat moorings in town are also right nearby. The light sandy municipal beach is about a 10-minute walk away. From “Am Havelpegel”, the name of the bus stop nearby, there are bus connections to the train station three stops away.
