This apartment is located in a new, beautiful but small complex, on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. The complex is modern and is divided into 10 studios and apartments. Guests of the complex can use the beautiful pool which offers a magnificent view of the lake and surrounding mountains. The complex includes a garden with furniture and a private beach.
The holiday complex is peacefully nestled on Lake Garda, away from mass tourism. This place is suitable as a starting point for excursions to various villages and towns in the area. Sports fans can try various activities such as swimming, windsurfing, kite boarding, sailing, mountain climbing, para-gliding, horseback riding, tennis, mountain biking, hiking and canoing. The famous sailing center of CNB Casteletto is near the complex. In the surrounding area you will find regular local markets. You can easily make trips to Monte Baldo, the nature park, or to the Gardaland amusement park. By car you can reach the opera city of Verona or beautiful Renaissance cities such as Mantua, Padua, Vicenza, or even Venice, the city of art.
This studio is located on the ground floor and has an area of about 30 m2. The flat is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. In the living room you will find a double bed and a 2-person sofa bed. The open kitchen, which is bordered by the living room, is equipped with a 2-burner electric cooking utensil, water heater, refrigerator with freezer and a coffeemaker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and hair dryer. From then furnished terrace you can directly plunge into the pool or simply admire the magnificent view of the lake. The apartment is comfortable and modern and has central heating, air conditioning, and a TV with satellite connection. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi are open from the 1st of June until the 30th of September.
