    “Das Haus ist relativ gut ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Backrohr, Kaffeemaschine, großer Kühlschrank). Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoß sind klein, aber ausreichend (nur Kommoden, keine Kleiderkästen), die Zimmer im Dachgeschoss sind umso geräumiger. die Terrasse ist südseitig zur Straße orientiert (die Straße ist aber kein Nachteil, da nur geringer Anliegerverkehr). Ab Mittag wird es auf der Terrasse brütend heiß, die Mitnahme eines Sonnensegels ist ratsam. Der nordseitige Garten ist am Nachmittag gut nutzbar. Leider wird durch zweites kleineres, leerstehendes Häuschen zweigeteilt. Der See ist über einen Weg leicht zu erreichen (zu Fuß ca. 4 min), ein Steg führt durch den Schilfgürtel ins Wasser. Wasser ist sehr seicht, für kleine Kinder ideal im Großen und Ganzen ist das Haus durchaus empfehlenswert.”
