    “Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit allem, was man sich im Urlaub wünscht:
    raffinierte Architektur mit viel Licht und schönem Ausblick auf das Meer, schönes Ambiente, technische Ausstattung mit zügigem, freiem WLAN, Spülmaschine und Kombi-Ofen.

    “Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt - direkt am Lauwersmeer in 3. Reihe zwischen Wasser und Deich. Unglaubliche Ruhe und toller Blick, rundum Natur. Eine große Terrasse und ausreichender Abstand zu den Nachbarhäuser. Vermisst haben wir lediglich Bademöglichkeiten, dieses Haus hat keinen direkten Wasserzugang und der einzige Badestrand in der Nähe ist winzig und leider Gassi-Zone für Hundebesitzer.

    Das Haus selber bietet ausreichend Platz (wir waren mit 2 Personen dort), alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Leider ist es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und einige Instandsetzungs- und Renovierungsmaßnahmen wären angemessen. Da es sich um ein Holzhaus handelt, knirscht es ganz ordentlich im Gebälk und Fenster, Türen und Fassade hätten mal eine Überholung nötig. Auch die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist schon älter und abgewohnt, ein Austausch könnte nicht schaden. Aber nach Aussage des Verwalters ist der Eigentümer wohl nicht bereit zu investieren.
