Canarian style villa with private pool and gorgeous views

The house Tinamar is a typical Canarian 19th century manor house located in the centre of the island of Gran Canary, in the municipality of Vega de San Mateo.

The house, which has a living space of approximately 134 m², can accommodate up to 5 people. It offers one bedroom with a double bed (150x190) and one bedroom with three single beds (90x190). It also offers a bathroom with a shower and a cosy and fully furnished kitchen with a dining table. The kitchen is open spaced and connects to the living room. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for two. The house has central heating.

Furthermore, the house offers private parking, a veranda and a courtyard. You have exclusive use of the barbecue, the tanning bed and the swimming pool.

    “Eine topsanierte Finca in wunderschöner und ruhiger Lage mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und lässt seinen Gästen viel Ruhe. Bei einen weiteren Gran Canaria Besuch wäre dieses Haus wieder unsere erste Wahl!”

    “Die Villa ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über allen Komfort, den man sich wünscht. Es ist alles in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Heizungsanlage, die automatisch gerade im Februar und März am Abend in allen Räumen für angenehme Temperaturen dient.

    Der etwas beschwerliche Anfahrt-Weg wird durch eine sehr große Terrasse mit einem Blick über ein Tal mit Blick zum Meer entschädigt. Letztlich sind es aber auch nur etwas mehr als 30 Minuten nach Las Palmas und 20 Minuten zum nächsten größeren Ort Vega de San Mateo.

    WLAN funktioniert perfekt auch auf der Terrasse.

    Guter Fernsehempfang mit den üblichen deutschen Sendern.

    Zur Begrüßung gab es einen riesigen Obstkorb und eine gute Flasche Wein und am 1. Wochenende Kuchen aus der Region.

    Ansonsten war der Eigentümer angenehm zurückhaltend und dabei ausgesprochen sympathisch.

    Wir können die Villa ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.”
