Casa Balussi is a unique holiday home with open view of the surrounding hills.
It is set near the town of the Istrian truffle, Buzet. This region is very popular among lovers of Istrian cuisine, which is why the typical taverns here are very popular. Nature lovers also have something to do here, there are many cycling and hiking trails and for the more adventurous there is even a paragliding track and mountain climbing.
On the completely enclosed property, guests have a pool, sun loungers, barbecue fireplace, two covered terraces, seating area and several parking spaces at their disposal. From the pool there is direct access to the tavern/summer kitchen. In the tavern are an equipped kitchen, dining table, fireplace and a separate toilet. When you open the glass walls in the tavern, it looks like one unit with the pool. During the cooler days, when the glass walls are closed, it is a cosy space to enjoy shared moments.
Casa Balussi consists of two units but rents itself exclusively as a one unit. Each unit has a separate entrance. The first consists of living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The second unit consists of living room, dining room, kitchen, separate toilet on the ground floor and two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor.
