Located below Hohenaschau Castle and opposite the valley station of the Kampenwand cable car, nestled in the fantastic mountain world between Kampenwand and Zellerhorn. Enjoy this wonderful area, restaurants with beer garden are within walking distance. Our loft flat is located on the ground floor of an apartment building, you will find your own separate entrance with adjoining terrace. Ideal starting point for many walks and mountain hikes. The valley station of the Kampenwandbahn is only 100 m away. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the bus stop for the RVO bus to the town to the train station, to the shopping facilities, in the direction of the mountain climbing village Sachrang, to Bernau am Chiemsee and to Rosenheim.
A car parking space "Sicado", directly next to the flat, is reserved for you free of charge. You can park your bike in the underground car park. Check in by code lock at the door. Dogs and pets are not allowed.

Kurbezirk I: The mentioned prices are plus Kurbeitrag in the amount of 1,50 EUR per person/night. For persons from 7 to 16 years of age 1,30 EUR. Children up to the age of 6 and severely disabled persons with a reduction in earning capacity of at least 80 % and any accompanying person registered in the identity card are exempt from the spa tax.

The flat was renovated in 2018 and lovingly redesigned as a holiday flat in 2022. Live in a tastefully furnished open and bright loft flat, 75 sqm on the ground floor. With great attention to detail, the almost 3 m high, loft-like room has been modernly furnished and offers generous living space. Open bedroom with double bed 180x200 cm and stylish single bed 90x200 cm (can be folded out for the 3rd person if required). Living area with large couch landscape, stylish single bed 90x200 cm (can be folded out for the 4th person if required), large flat screen TV/radio with picture function, floor lamp, desk, free WLAN. Large dining area with dining table and chairs, open fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, cleaning supplies and tea towels. The bathroom is tiled in a modern style with bathtub, shower at ground level, washbasin, WC, shelf, towel radiator, vanity mirror with lighting and hairdryer. Towels, bed linen and toiletries are free of charge. Private entrance with terrace and view of the mountains and greenery. Pets and dogs are unfortunately not allowed. A car parking space "Sicado" is located directly next to the flat and is reserved for you free of charge.
