The apartment, located on the second floor without an elevator, opens onto a large and bright living room furnished with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a dining table with chairs. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, American coffee machine, juicer and toaster. From the living room there is access through a French window to the private covered terrace equipped with table and chairs. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, air conditioning and chandelier with fan, as well as an armchair bed.
A bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the apartment.
A clothesline (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board are at guests' disposal.
*The swimming pool is open from the 20th of May to the 30th of September.
Guests can comfortably park their car in the garageinside the residence.
