Lida Garden is a four bedroom villa, situated in a quiet neighborhood, very close the coast where one can discover an array of beautiful beaches. The property incorporates three different spaces:The Loft, The apartment on the upper level, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuit), a full kitchen and a spacious terrace with hill and sea views. This spacious apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child.The Vista, This exlusive apartment on the ground floor within Lida Garden Villa, features a spacious lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with a desktop, and an outdoor sitting lounge on the patio, with direct access to the front garden and the swimming pool.The Studio, a bungalow type cozy accomodation nested at the back garden.All 3 spaces are so arranged to be independent and insure privacy from each other, yet they are cleverly interconnected so that the whole house in unison, can accommodate 8 adults and 2 children in the 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, ideal for a big family or two smaller families Amenities
The Pool“A well-designed pool can be a restful, soothing, and sophisticated water element in a landscape,” said by a prominent architect.Having that in mind we added this element in our garden, to enhance its beauty and serenity. Whether it’s relaxation time that you are after, improving your fitness by swimming laps or entertaining the kids, this pool truly ticks all the boxes. The pool features a counter-current powerful water jet that runs down the center of the pool, similar to the current in a river, allowing you to swim in place endlessly without making turn after turn to disrupt your flow. On the shallow end one can relax and indulge on the massage water nozzles.Adding the health factor to all the above we chose to sanitize the pool water with a salt electrolysis system, avoiding the harshness of the chlorine on the skin and eyes.The barbequeConvinietly situated at the back garden, next to the cazebo with an eight seater outdoor dining table.
