A peaceful place in which a family or group of friends can feel at home: this accommodation, part of a complex with shared pool and green areas, is ideal for 6 people and offers a sublime setting for happy stays on the Lake Garda.



The apartment, with free Wi-Fi, is composed of a spacious living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs, fully equipped modern kitchen with cooker hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, orange juicer, coffee machine and toaster.

The living room overlooks the covered patio equipped with dining table and chairs for breakfasts and dinners for 6 people with a nice view over the garden the apartment enjoys also a private garden with artificial grass, which can be perfect for pets!

The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe.

Guests can benefit from the bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC.

Through an internal staircase guests can reach the lower floor composed of a spacious game room equipped with a pool table and fireplace. Also a big table for dinner with friends and a small bathroom with wash basin, shower and WC complete the lower floor.



Guests can benefit from a private parking space close to the building.

The communal swimming pool, located 80 m away from the apartment and accessible from Via Adige, is open from the 1st of June until the 30th of September.

Padenghe is a town on the Brescia side of Lake Garda, surrounded by the green of the morainic hills. This land is the production area of the most important D.O.C. wine from the province of Brescia: the "Garda Classico". The castle of Padenghe sul Garda hosts theatrical companies for interesting evenings, musical groups, historical and folkloristic reenactments that fill delightful evenings after a day spent on the boat or on the beach. This area of Lake Garda also offers many night clubs for the youngest.

There are also long walks, cycle paths, fields, a rich program of events and golden beaches to be enjoyed during the summer season. However, the beaches of Padenghe sul Garda are beautiful in every season, as is the mysterious and romantic old town.





The apartment is 10 minutes by car from the Desenzano train station and about 30 minutes from the airport.

    “Ferienhaus ist total veraltet, Bilder im Internet sind entweder schon sehr alt oder verschönert worden...
    Rasen ist Kunstrasen, Kein Sonnenschutz aussen vorhanden, Bei der Haupteingangstür fehlte der Schlüssel, allerdings gibt es ja Fensterläden zum verschließen, dann ist es im Haus halt dunkel. Ausserdem könnte man die Türen, auch im verschlossenen Zustand mit der Hand leicht aufdrücken, keinerlei Sicherheit gegeben. Gartentor ist zwar verschlossen, aber trotzdem.

    Bettwäsche war schmutzig (hatten zum Glück eigene dabei) Ablagen im Bad sehr schmutzig. Im Geschirrspühler noch das Geschirr vom Vormieter. (Haben wir alles saubergemacht) Kühlschrank schließt nicht mehr richtig, von oben kann man hineinsehen. Die weißen Handtücher auf dem Boden waren sofort schwarz, nicht sauber...
    Die Müllentsorgung ist auch schwierig, wir haben unseren Müll komplett mit nach Hause genommen, weil wir gar nicht wussten wohin damit. Obwohl ein Ordner unter anderem mit Angaben zur Mülltrennung im Haus lag. (z.B. stand da: Papier in Karton) Aber was dann,,,, Denn wenn Müll zurückbleibt muss man für die Entsorgung nachträglich bezahlen.

    Treppe in den Keller ist im Essbereich, sehr steil und nicht wirklich gesichert. Wir hatten Urlaub mit Kind und Hund, daher nicht gut. Wir haben einen Stuhl zur Absicherung hingelegt, damit wenigstens etwas da ist.

    Billiardtisch ist im Keller, leider ist der Geruch unerträglich da unten. Aber es wird mit diesem geworben obwohl keine Kugeln zum spielen da sind. Also komplett umsonst......

    Unangenehmer Geruch in der ganzen Wohnung, aber vor allem im Bad Modergeruch oder was das war...(kein Fenster im Bad)

    Anfahrt war eine Katastrophe, wir hatten dafür 2,5 Stunden extra gebraucht mit kleinem Kind und Hund, weil der Schlüssel musste woanders geholt werden. Ca. 10 KM entfernt, allerdings hatten wir das nicht gefunden, Navi auch nicht. Wir hatten aber eine Whats App Nachricht von Wonderful Italy bekommen wo uns mitgeteilt wurde das das Navi diese Adresse nicht kennt und findet. Wir sollten daher Google Maps benutzen. Hat uns leider auch nicht viel gebracht. Einfahrt zu dem Büro ist so klein und unscheinbar, (wie eine Feldstrasse, erstmal nicht geteert, die nimmt man gar nicht war)

    Wir sind nach 2 Tagen wieder abgereist, war der sc hlimmste Urlaub unseres Lebens. NICHT zu Empfehlen!!!
