High-quality and stylishly furnished holiday home just 650 meters from the beautiful wide sandy beach. A beautiful garden and a comfortable barbecue area with garden house invite to spend carefree hours outside. For children there is a trampoline and a swing. If the weather does not cooperate, you can spend a wonderful time with the X-Box. In the spacious kitchen you are guaranteed to experience pleasure with the preparation of delicacies with the whole family. Interesting for fishermen: the next fishing facility, the river parsente, is just 10 meters away from your holiday residence and is home to many types of fish. The landlord prepared a new terrace in the garden for the 2022 season (for common use by all guests), with a direct view of the Parsente River. There is also a brand new outdoor kitchen (summer kitchen), with a smoking and a grill plate. Kolobrzeg is one of the most beautiful and best known spas on the Baltic Sea coast. You can count on a long white sandy beach, the healthy air of a seaside resort and a beautiful old town with a small shopping street and boulevard. The highlight and tourist attraction is the 220 meter long jetty, where it is wonderful in the evening. A walk through the harbor is also varied, because here are not only the large ships and ferries landed, but also the fishing boats and yachts and there are various cafes. The 550 meter long harbor dol is even accessible.

Activities in the area: Relaxed bike rides, long walks or have fun with water sports - The area is made for recreational activities in the fresh air. Visit the climbing garden or sign up for deep sea fishing. The town hall, the cathedral and the city museum are among the most important sights of the city, as well as the lighthouse at the harbor. In a sense, it is the symbol of the city and one of the few lighthouses in the Baltic Sea that are still active. You can discover the city on your own or you can step into one of the small cedarlet vehicles that give you a comfortable overview. For example, visit Mielno during your day trips or drives to Swinoujscie (115 km)
