The River FrÉmur, which flows past the property, flows into the open sea about 500 m to the north. The area offers a lot of variety: the popular seaside resort of Dinard with its numerous leisure options, casino and spa can be reached in a few minutes by car and the famous pirate town of St. Malo is just a little further. The small seaside resort of Lancieux is a jewel of the Emerald Coast, at the mouth of the FrÉmur, which forms the border between the departments of CÔtes d'Armor and Ille-et-Vilaine. Thanks to its location on a peninsula, the place has 4 beautiful sandy beaches. From the coast you can see the islands of Agot and Ebihens.Besides the historic center of the town, there are beautiful hiking trails between dunes and polders.The semi-closed, 500-hectare bay is ideal for water.Sports the 11 km long coastline has numerous sandy beaches, interrupted by rock formations and is bordered by the coastal path GR 34.
