Confortable holiday cottage - totally renovated in 2007. Quiet location approx. 200 metres from one of the best and child-friendly sandy beaches of Bornholm. The cottage has two bathrooms (from 2007) with underfloor heating. Open kitchen area, 2 big terraces with garden furniture. In Balka you will find tennis, windsurfing and mini golf. Walking distance to the fishing hamlet of Snogebæk with small restaurants, shops and a smokehouse. Nexø, the biggest fishing harbour of Bornholm, is approx. 3 kilometres away.

    “Lage perkekt, nur 200m zum Strand und sehr ruhig gelegen, da am Ende des Weges;
    Ausstattung war gut und damit völlig ausreichend;
    Minuspunkt war leider die Sauberkeit des Hauses bei Ankunft - Schimmel am Kühlschrank und Dusche, dreckige Thermoskannen und Kaffeemaschine, Essensrest im Geschirrspüler, Fliegen/Käfer und Abschminktuch unter Couch/Schrank, Fensterscheiben von innen noch mit Abdrücken von garantiert mehreren Vormietern
    Wenn die Reinigung optimaler wäre, wäre es ein super Ferienobjekt, wo ich dann auch gerne wieder zurückkommen würde.”

    “Sehr gute Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Küche, Grill etc.), tolle Lage: großer Garten, hohe Bäume, zwei Terrassen mit viel Natur drumherum.
    Sehr schöne, helle, freundliche und sehr große Wohnküche.
    Die Nähe der Straße ist kaum spürbar (dichte Büsche, Bäume und Grundstücke dazwischen).
    Nur wenige Hundert Meter bis zum Strand.
    Für den Winter empfehlen wir für ein so großes Haus den Einbau eines Kaminofens.”
