The Villa Cassandra is a chic vacation home in Cape Coral and has a fantastic outdoor area with a south facing terrace, which invites you to relax. The large electrically heated pool enchants the minds and lets you forget the everyday life. On the terrace, you can relax - surrounded by palm trees - after splashing around on one of the sun loungers. An oasis of peace and well-being reveals itself to the guests, immediately after arrival, vacation dreams become reality.
For the unforgettable dream vacation with up to eight persons, no wishes remain open in the pretty, fully equipped villa. Thanks to the direct access from the interior via the terrace to the pool, cool refreshment is only a few steps away. You can tie up your boat at the boat dock, which is almost within reach. Smaller or even bigger excursions by boat are only a few steps away. The adjacent green areas planted with palm trees ensure that guests can enjoy their time-out undisturbed and relax in peace. On the numerous inviting seats around the vacation home you will find your peace, forget the daily routine and experience an incomparable vacation dream that you will never forget.
The spacious interior with a chic kitchen and many inviting seating areas will not let the vacation feeling fade away even in the evening. Cooking together is possible in the existing outdoor kitchen or at the gas grill. Beautiful moments are not long in coming and you can fully enjoy your trip. The villa is of course fully air-conditioned and also has ceiling fans.
The kitchen with its many extras leaves nothing to be desired. A ceramic hob, oven and toaster are available for cooking. There is also a microwave, in case you need to cook quickly or don't feel like cooking. A fridge and freezer provide fresh food and the Ice maker always provides cold drinks. As in all areas, no wishes remain unfulfilled.
For all, which needs more Entertainment over the day or in the evening, there are a total of five television sets with cable TV - even on the terrace - and a stereo system for musical enjoyment. In the four cozy bedrooms, you feel directly like at home. They are lovingly furnished and have enough space to linger. Two bathrooms and a powder room as well. Two bathrooms and a powder room are also there.
Of course, Villa Cassandra also has everything you need for cleaning your laundry: Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are included.
Please note that the boat lift is not available to renters. There is however plenty of space to dock your rental boat at the boat's dock

50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the day prior to arrival
100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
