  • 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, wardrobe and 2 bedside tables, small table and chair and own bathroom (wheelchair accessible).

  • Large cement courtyard with barbecue and dining and sitting area in the shade: just for the miller’s house’s guests.

  • Our biological pool facility can be shared by the guests. Sun loungers and parasols are available.

  • On the hill is only the owner’s house, the miller’s house and the windmill.Included: sheets for the beds, bath-towels, kitchen-towels. wood for the stove-heating, water, electricity and gas.

  • Beach towels are available for rent.


  • Very quiet location and yet right in the town. From Troia (near Setubal) to Sines there is a 60 km long sandy beach that is still largely untouched by tourism; you can reach it by car in 15 minutes. In the Lagoon of Santo André there are numerous waterfowl; a paradise for ornithologists. Between Sines and the charming fishing village of Porto Covo you will find numerous rocky bays with small, romantic beaches.

Worthwhile day trips take you to Evora, Beja, Monsaraz, Setubal, Lisbon.

  • Get to know the regional cuisine, try the uniquely good meat of the black Alentejo pigs or the freshly caught fish on the coast. When you think of Portugal, hiking would not necessarily come to mind first because most of us tend to think of sun, sand and sea, but the beautiful region of the Alentejo with its rolling hills, castles, windmills, cork oak forests and its The unique animal world is ideal for walking and hiking without having previous alpine knowledge.     “La maison, les extérieurs et la piscine sont très agréable. Les propriétaires très accueillant avec plein de petites attention. Tout pour passer d’agréables vacances. Positiv: Maison typique avec tout le confort.
    Domaine bien aménagé. Negativ: - Restaurant: Restaurante a praceta - Plat simple et typique. Fait également des plats à emporter Ausflüge: Château de Santiago - Sur les hauteurs de Santiago. Promenade agréable. Mais il faut des bonnes chaussures pour y aller”

    “Positiv: Der Pool !! Schöner gelegen als auf den Fotos erkennbar, herrlich warm, sehr sauber, und ja, man schwimmt mit Fröschen, die sich aber dezent zurückhalten. Der Ausblick ist großartig, sehr liebevolle Gestaltung des Drumherum.

    Das Haus selbst ist praktisch und erstaunlich gut aufgeteilt für 70 qm.

    Die freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Umgebung: Supermarket - Continente und Aldi in ca. 2 km Entfernung Empfehlung: Families - Viel Platz und Spielfläche für Kinder - und ein toller Pool! Und Tiere! Restaurant: Restaurante a Casinha in Sonega (ca. 15 km entfernt auf dem Weg nach Porto Covo) - Ein Traum von Muscheln (Clams) Ausflüge: Lagos - ca. 2 Std. Fahrt auf der N120 (was allein einen Ausflug wert ist)”

    “Positiv: Ein wunderschönes Erlebnis. Franziska hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. "Unser" Müllerhaus war sehr komfortabel und gemütlich und die liebenswerte Franziska hat sich um alles gekümmert. Die Ruhe war phantastisch. Wenn wir mal wieder in Portugal sind, werden wir gerne wiederkommen. Eine sehr, sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.”
