The villa is perfect for switching off from the buzz of ordinary life! The luminous contemporary holiday house is the essence of mallorquin charm mixed with elegant rustic decoration. It features real wooden floor all over its surface and extends over 3 floors offering: a lush garden, a pleasant living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a beautiful solid wood table to accommodate everyone in the center of the room, an adjoining dining area in the covered terrace overlooking the swimming-pool, 4 bedrooms, 3,5 bathrooms. It may accommodate up to 8+1 persons. The child-friendly holiday home's amenities also include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair. Just 3 minutes walking and you are directly at the beach of Calo de Sant Antoni and the Nautical Club. In front of the house n.23 bus takes directly to downtown Palma, some 35 minutes drive.Given to the character of residential area, we only expect to host people willing to respect the tranquillity of the place, no noise, no party, no loud music is accepted. Only family groups are invited to book.HOUSE RULESTHE BATHROOMSPlease do not dispose toilet wipes and sanitary pads in the WC or we may encounter serious problems of toilet outlet. LITTERAccording to municipal rules, recycle and deposit the litter in the trash bins available for the purpose, every garbage in its deposit bin as specified. You find them a few meters from the house entrance, on the edge of the street.I kindly ask you to take care of your own garbage before you leave the property. If not possible for any reason, please inform me in advance. Otherwise your deposit may be withheld as compensation for the annoyance caused. CHECK OUTAt 10. When possible we can agree on a better time for you. LOCKED ROOMSSome rooms remain locked for personal needs. NEIGHBORHOODYou will take care of the quietness of the vicinity as if it was your own house. Mainly from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., avoid loud music, loud noise. I am far from forbid you from enjoying your holidays but I must warn you this is not a house for wild stuff. In case of complaints due to uncivilized behavior or vandalism in the private or public property, your deposit may be withheld as compensation for the annoyance caused. KEYSIn the event of lost keys, you will be charged thirty euros for their replacement. seventy euros in case of remote control and keys lost, they will be deducted form the security deposit. AIR CONDITIONEDAir conditioned is foreseen in the bedrooms, we are all very much worried on the impact of misuse of air conditioned. Please, be respectful of the environment and switch them off when you leave the property. The price of your staying in winter and summer season includes the usage of four hundred and fifty KW/week, every extra KW is charged thirty cents to be discounted from your deposit or paid by cash/bank transfer.SAFE- We provide a huge safe in the master room, to make you feel more comfortable when you are not at home,We are not responsible for any loss or theft of your personal belongings in the property. According to the local law: - every person staying in May up to October included, must pay a tourism fee of €2/day - every person staying in November up to April included, must pay a tourism fee of €0,50/day Under 16 year old people are exempt. Please prepare the exact overall money due according to all the persons involved in your booking and be ready to hand it at your arrival. No change is foreseen. The Villa is located on the Bay of Palma, 250 meters from a shopping center with all services like bars, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, bank and at walking distance from the beach. It remains immersed in the residential area of Son Veri, some 20 minutes drive from the center of Palma, dotted with villas and gardens, 5 minutes walking from the beach where you can practice water sports and rent boats. In front of the house n.23 bus takes directly to downtown Palma, some 35 minutes drive.
