Beach House - creative space for creative people You live at the beginning of the cliff. On the other side is Armacao de Pera with a 10km beautiful long beach. In Armacao are supermarkets, good restaurants and a doctor / pharmacie.

This house has three floors and an own car port as entrance and is only 50 away from the beach. The sleeping rooms are situated in the ground floor. Two of them have a balcony door into the privat garden. In the second with living room, kitchen and a separate toilet offers the best view to the sea and the typical algarve cliffs. At the roof top is a nice relaxing area and the BBQ zone.



You are in a private area at an awesome, exclusive and unique place. Please respect the neighbors.



On our right side is the 2 Michelin star restaurant "The Ocean" - only 5min by feet and on the other side of the Beach (5km) is the famous "Vila Joya" with the best Lunch in the Area. The Aldeamento do levante was build 25 years ago. In the area are in total 35 houses. All of them have the same building style.

    “Wunderschöne Lage direkt an den Klippen. Tolle Aussicht von den 3 gemütlichen Terrassen und Sonne den ganzen Tag über. Das Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer wurden geschmackvoll renoviert. Schön wäre es, wenn auch die Küche und die Badezimmer bereits revoviert wären. Die Betreuung durch Sonia war super. Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.”

    “Liebe Gerlinde, wie beschrieben und auch beim Check-in erzählt haben wir das Haus vor einem Jahr sehr liebevoll renoviert und zb alle Küchengeräte, den Badezimmerboden und vieles mehr erneuert. Die Küche und die Badezimmer sind mit den für die Algarve typischen originalen handbemalten Fliesen gestaltet die wir bewusst nicht erneuert haben da man diese einfach nicht mehr bekommt und sie noch immer schön sind - auch wenn sie nicht ganz modern aussehen - aber das soll auch so sein! ;-)”
