The house:

The Arabella ranch home is located on almost two acres of land in a quiet neighborhood nestled amongst numerous old trees in a pristine scenery. Stores and restaurants are only 5 – 10 minutes away by car.

Arabella is not a typical vacation home, it looks like more a ranch house in Wyoming, Wisconsin, Texas or so. But don’t take a look only to the outside of the house. You have to see it from Inside. As soon you open the entrance door on the porch you will be surrounds by modern comfort und luxury. It features décor that is welcoming and inviting. On the other side, the house gives you a lot of privacy – more than every other vacation house at Cape Coral. Situated on 1,9 acres of land you know that neighbors are there, but you don’t have to see them. An upscale house in the middle of the nature – big trees, bushes and singing birds. The Arabella was creating as a modern oasis.

The porch, which is typical for this traditional building style, features tables, chairs and a large swing that invite you to linger. Relax on the swing and enjoy the peace and quiet in an otherwise noisy world. Once you enter the home, you’ll find the interior to be a showcase for luxurious living in contemporary style. Decorations and individual accent pieces were hand-selected to further enhance this feeling.

The Arabella property includes the main house with about 6,500 SF of living area stretched out across two floors with 5 bedrooms and the adjacent guest Apartment featuring kitchen, living / dining area, bedroom and bath.

The ground floor of the Arabella ranch home includes a large gourmet kitchen with center island and breakfast bar, as well as a dining room with seating for 12. There’s also a modern lounge with TV, a spacious living room with an original wood burning fireplace (please do not use), another, smaller dining nook, plus two bedrooms and a bath.

A wooden staircase leads from the foyer to the upper floor, which has glass balustrades and opens the view into the living room below. The master suite is located upstairs, as well as two additional bedrooms, a bath, a den with glass floor and a game room with TV and bar. A wide balcony of about 800 SF stretches along the back of the home from the master suite, offering sitting areas and lounge chairs.

The main building offers 9 TVs and another 2 TVs can be found in the guest apartment. Nobody will have to miss their favorite show. The service is by Direct TV and one of the sets even offers German programming.

The south facing patio has an area of around 2,150 SF and provides an inviting sitting area with panorama screen and views of unspoiled nature all around. The pool and the adjacent spa, which holds up to 12 people, are both gas heated. A gas grill is also available for the barbecue at night. This one-of-a-kind property is an oasis of peace and quiet for vacationers who want to get far away from their stressful daily life.

The Location:

The Arabella Ranch is located in the north east area of Cape Coral. This is not the area where normally the vacation houses are . But don’t’ think it’s to far away from everything. The grocery store Publix are 5 minutes by car. On the Pine Island Road within around 10 minutes by car you will find stores like “Aldi / BJ / Target Super Store / Walmart / Burlington / Starbucks / Panera Bread / Bed Bath and Beyond / Subway / Mc Donald’s and and and. There are also a lot of Restaurants like Olive Garden, Carrabba’s, Golden Coral, Outback Steakhouse, Chipotle, Mel’s Diner Chili’s, Bone Fish Grill, Mexican, Chinese, Cuban and a variety of fast food eateries as well. The Arabella gives you the same lifestyle like other vacation homes and much more.

For your comfort you will find the following equipment in the vacation homes in Cape Coral managed by us:

Symposiums of the artist Mauro Reategui Perez:

In the time from Aug. 5 - 13 we had the Peruvian artist Mauro Reategui Perez as a guest at the Arabella Ranch. There he met young artists and art interested people in symposiums to create together with them their own paintings. His very expressive artwork is painted in strong colors seem partly mystical and spiritual.     “Einfach ein Traum. Super erholt,hat alles gepasst. Positiv: Gute und ruhige Lage. Schön eingerichtet. Hat alles was man braucht . Grosser Pool mit coolem Pooldeck. Mit Deckenventi über Esstisch. Richtig gemütlich. Nicht zu vergessen die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Verwalter,die Fam. Nagel. Nur zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles. Negativ: Jetzt , ist zwar schon klagen auf hohem Niveau. Kein Plattenweg zum Kanal. Mussten durch Wiese laufen. Beste Reisezeit: Spring, summer, autumn, winter - Dass ganze Jahr. Restaurant: Henry Ford Garage. - Gemütlich,interesant und der Duft. Ahh! Ausflüge: Fort Meyers Beach - Baden, Strand,shoppen und gemütlich essen. Wahnsinns Sonnenuntergänge.”

    “Super schönes Ferienhaus. Sehr geräumig, hochwertige Ausstattung, bietet alles, was für einen schönen Urlaub nötig ist. Es war sehr sauber. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, den wir haben, ist, dass der Poolbereich zum restlichen Haus etwas abfällt. Der Käfig ist an vielen Stellen nicht mehr dicht. Es gab nur 6 gute Liegen, die anderen 4 sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Aber alles in allem "top". Daher auch 5 Häuschen.”

    “Wir haben sehr schöne Ferien in Cape Coral verbracht. Die Villa Tiamo ist ein Schmuckstück und sehr gut und komfortabel eingerichtet. Weniger gut hat uns die Betreuung vor Ort gefallen. Am letzten Tag ist die Ansprechpersone vor Ort bei der Abnahme direkt in die Kinderzimmer gesteuert und hat dort jeweils Flecken an den Wänden (gem. Ihrer Aussage von Koffern) moniert. Erstens stammten diese nicht von uns und zweitens konnten diese sehr einfach gereinigt werden. Trotztdem wurde uns 100 USD der Kaution einbehalten. Die von uns verlangten Fotos vor der Reparatur wurden nicht gemacht. Auch die uns zugestellte Rechnung vom Maler (eigentlich ein Malerartikelgeschäft) machte uns stutzig. (Pauschalbetrag in der Höhe der einbehaltenen Kaution, keine Steuernummer, Datum der Reparatur nicht ersichtlich, kein Name ersichtlich), es bleibt ein schaler Nachgeschmack. Abgesehen davon, die Villa Tiamo ist traumhaft schön und perfekt ausgestattet. Positiv: Haus, Lage, Einrichtung, Pool, Bootsteg, Negativ: Betreuerin vor Ort”

    “Das Haus hält, was die Bilder im Internet versprechen. Positiv: Die geschmackvolle, reduzierte Einrichtung und die Lage direkt am Kanal. Negativ: Es gibt kaum etwas zu bemängeln. Die Stühle der Außenküche machten nicht mehr den besten Eindruck, liegt aber auch an dem vielen Regen im Sommer und der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit. Empfehlung: Families, couples, seniors - Aufgrund des einen Masterbedrooms inklusive einem großen Bad und zwei Schlafzimmern mit insgesamt einem kleinen Bad, halte ich diese Aufteilung eher für Familien mit 1-3 Kindern geeignet. Für 2 Paare natürlich genausogut, bei 3 Paaren muss man sich eben einig werden. Die Maximalbelegung von 8 Personen halte ich nicht für empfehlenswert. Restaurant: Carraba's - Italiener mit guter Küche, freundlichem Personal und angemessenen Preisen. Ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt. Ausflüge: Babcock Wilderness Ranch - 1,5 - 2h Tour in einem tarnfarbenden, fensterlosen Schulbus (sah jedenfalls aus wie einer) durch eine riesige Farm, mit üppiger Vegetation, vielen wilde Tiere inkl. Alligatoren und freundlichem Tourguide.”
