This multi-story apartment with a private terrace awaits you in the border village of Dasburg in the Eifel region. The design and the decor of the house are a pleasant mix of the traditional and the modern. The ceiling height on the upper floor is only 1.88 metres. The modern pellet stove provides heating for almost the entire ground floor. The house is situated on a cul-de-sac on a magnificent hillside location with direct access to hiking trails. It also offers a fantastic view of the ruins of a hilltop castle. One of the bedrooms also serves as a connecting room to one of the other two bedrooms, which are located on the first floor. A separate toilet with a washbasin is also available on this floor. Dasburg is located in the southern Eifel region and is therefore a good starting point for cross-border trips to Luxembourg or Belgium. This beautiful property is situated in an attractive area with excellent opportunities for hiking, cycling and fishing. The new swimming pool and sauna paradise in Hosingen located 10 km away is also worth a visit. You can go shopping in Daleiden (5 km) or in Marnach (7 km) in Luxembourg.

    “Stroomvoorziening oogt onveilig, stopcontacten zitten niet deugdelijk vast. De afvoerslang van de droger ligt in de badkamer i.p.v. naar buiten en bij gebruik wordt de badkamer heel erg nat wat schimmelvorming heeft opgeleverd.
    Het huis was niet afdoende schoongemaakt, koelkast was niet schoon, veel spinnenwebben in alle ruimtes, hondenharen op het tapijt. Toiletten en bad waren wel schoon.
    Meubilair is erg gedateerd en versleten, bij het zitten voel je de metalen vering.
    Het is een oud huis met de nodige sfeer maar niet goed onderhouden.
    Geen brandmelders in het huis.
    Prijs - kwaliteit niet in verhouding.

    “wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Hund und haben uns in dem charaktervollen alten Haus mit Atmosphäre sehr wohl gefühlt. Die große Küche ist super ausgestattet und läd zum Kochen ein. In der kalten Jahreszeit könnten Zartbeseitete in der oberen Schlafzimmeretage frieren. Der Pellettofen heizt nur die untere Etage. Sehr netter hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Ort ist gut als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, sonst bietet er nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”
