Das Objekt befindet sich im schönsten Stadtviertel von Szklarska Poręba – Biała Dolina – auf einer Höhe von 715 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel, wo der Schnee bis zum späten Winter liegt und wo vor ca. eintausend Jahren die Legende über den Geist der Berge entstanden ist.

Das Gästehaus ist ein stilvolles Objekt, in dem Designerelemente traditioneller Konstruktion mit modernen Elementen kombiniert wurden. Ein Effekt dieser Verbindung ist der heutzutage von allen erwartete Komfort. Alle Gästezimmer sind für zwei Personen vorgesehen. In jedes Zimmer kann aber ein Zusatzbett oder zwei Zusatzbetten mit Standardgröße zugestellt werden. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes, komfortables Bad und ist mit 32-Zoll-LED-Fernseher (mit der Möglichkeit, eine Spielkonsole und einen USB-Stick anzuschließen), kostenfreiem WLAN-Internet, Teesatz, elektrischem Wasserkocher, Kaffee, Tee, einem Kühlschrank - Hotelstandard, Handtüchern und Decke ausgestattet. Das Parken auf dem Grundstück ist kostenlos. Für die Sportler gibt es einen Raum fürs Abtrocknen ihrer Kleider und Geräte. Der Trockenraum ist kostenlos. An Winterabenden stellt der Kaminsaal den besten Raum dar, um sich dort beim Bier zu treffen und gemeinsam die Skisprung-Wettkämpfe oder die eigenen, mit einer Kamera aufgezeichneten Leistungen auf der Piste anzuschauen. Die Winterterrasse im Untergeschoss bietet einen Kamin und kann als Veranstaltungsraum oder Gemeinschaftsbereich für Kinder und Jugendliche genutzt werden.

Die Terrasse mit Aussicht auf den rasch fließenden Bach, die Wiese, den Teich und den Wald stellt im Sommer einen idealen Platz für den Morgenkaffee/Tee wie auch für Erholung am Mittag dar. Rund um das Haus fließt ein rascher, mit reinstem Bergwasser versorgter Bach. Man kann darin Forellen fangen und sich im Sommer in seinem Wasser abkühlen. Das Wasser im Bach ist jedoch wirklich kühl. Vor dem Haus gibt es ein ziemlich großes Gelände, auf dem häufig Lagerfeuer mit Würstchenbraten gemacht werden oder gemeinsam Suppe in einem Kessel am Feuer gekocht wird. Zu den Spezialitäten gehören die Sauerteigsuppe und die Erbsensuppe. Für Kinder steht ein ausgebauter Spielplatz mit zwei Rutschen, Kinderhäusern, einem Steg und drei Schaukeln bereit.. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich darüber hinaus ein Unterhaltungsraum für Kinder.

Phantastische Erholung finden Sie im heißem Lärchenfaß Banja, sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter. Andere Bezeichnungen für die russische Banja sind: (Garten)waschwanne, japanische Sauna und norwegische Sauna. Das therapeutische Wirkungsprinzip ist hier gleich wie in einer Sauna. Der Organismus wird im Wasser und dann rasch abgekühlt, dabei wird der Kreislauf stimuliert. Der Vorzug der russischen Banja gegenüber der klassischen Sauna besteht darin, dass man sich darin bei idealer Temperatur von 39 Grad sogar bis zu 3 Stunden aufhalten kann. Diejenigen, die nach völliger Entspannung suchen können die Sauna nutzen, und danach zum Abkühlen entweder die kalte Dusche oder das Faß mit kaltem Wasser, um darin für eine Weile einzutauchen. Eine solche Behandlung hat einen guten Einfluß auf die Haut und das Wohlbefinden.

Sie können auch Frühstück bestellen, dieses wird in Form eines Buffets serviert, wo jeder, Vegetarier eingeschlossen, seine Lieblingsspeisen finden wird. Die Frühstückszeiten können vereinbart werden, damit sowohl diejenigen, die sich bereits bei der Morgendämmerung auf die Piste begeben möchten, als auch diejenigen, die ausschlafen wollen, zufriedengestellt werden.

Gleich an einer Asphaltstraße befindet sich ein Parkplatz für eine große Zahl von Autos. Im Gebirge kann im Winter bei heftigem Schneefallen die Zufahrt zu den Objekten schwer sein. Briefly about guesthouse Dom Nad Potokiem BORSZOWKA - the guesthouse is a stylish, over 120-year-old property combining tradition with modernity. It is located in an idyllic area right by a stream.

• The guesthouse is rented exclusively (max. 27 people - 8 double beds and 11 single beds). The rooms in the guesthouse are maintained in a hotel standard - 2-person, 3-person, 4-person, and one suite with two bedrooms for 5 people.
• Breakfasts are served in buffet form upon request, and there is an option to order dinner or choose a grill menu or party menu instead of dinner.
• WiFi - 900Mb, parking, and reception are available.
• For young children, various amenities are provided, such as feeding chairs, portable cribs, baby bathtubs, potties, toilet seat reducers, and step stools.
• Pets are accepted upon agreement.

OUTDOOR SPACE

1. STREAM - A stream flows through the center of the facility with three bridges leading to the pool, playground, shelter with a grill, and bonfire area.
2. SWIMMING POOL - Available from May until the end of warm summer days, an outdoor pool with heated water, measuring 4x8m and 100 cm deep, primarily designed for children but also suitable for adults. The water temperature is maintained using special solar panels that collect sunlight.
3. GRILL, GRILL HOUSE, BONFIRE - Outdoor facilities include a bonfire area with a tripod grill and a shelter with tables and benches, where guests can enjoy cooking and spending time together.
4. HOT BARREL / RUSSIAN BANYA - Two Russian-style hot barrels, each with 3 tons of hot water at a temperature of 38-40 degrees Celsius. Prepared upon individual guest request and may involve an additional fee.
5. SAUNA - An outdoor sauna in the shape of a barrel, located directly above the river in the stream's trough, with a glass window of 200 cm in diameter providing a view of the flowing water. Prepared upon individual guest request and may involve an additional fee.
6. PLAYGROUND - A playground for the youngest guests equipped with swings, a bridge, climbing elements, and more.
7. SPORTS FIELD - A field for playing handball, darts, and other sports.

LOCATION and AMENITIES - The BORSZÓWKA Guesthouse and Cottages are located just a 5-minute drive from the heart of Szklarska Poręba (2.1km), close to the PKP Szklarska Poręba Górna railway station, and situated along a tourist route that runs through the property. It serves as an excellent starting point for major tourist routes, ski lifts, cycling and cross-country skiing trails, ensuring a relaxing vacation. The guesthouse is a stylish establishment where designers have combined elements of traditional architecture with modern features, providing the desired comfort for today's guests. The rooms are maintained to a hotel standard.

KITCHEN - The kitchen is fully equipped with household appliances, including a gas stove with four burners, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, a Turkish coffee machine, an overflow coffee machine, as well as dishes for more than 30 people (cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, pans, dishwasher tabs, etc.).

ROOMS - The rooms are maintained to a hotel standard. The guesthouse offers 7 rooms for 2, 3, and 4 people, as well as one 5-person apartment with two bedrooms, providing an individual and intimate character. Each room is furnished with a double bed, a comfortable bathroom, a 32" LED TV, an electric kettle with tea, and a mini hotel fridge with a freezer. The rooms are equipped with bed linen, towels, and pool towels.

SWIMMING POOL - The outdoor pool is available from May until the end of warm summer days. It measures 4x8m and is 100 cm deep, designed mainly for children but also suitable for adults. The water temperature is maintained using special solar panels that collect sunlight.

YOUNG CHILDREN - Small children's amenities such as baby bathtubs, potties, toilet seat reducers, stepping stools, portable baby cribs, and high chairs are available upon request.

PETS - Pets are welcome after prior agreement.

INTERNET - Throughout the property, guests have access to fast (ORANGE - fiber-optic up to 900Mb) and free Wi-Fi.

SUMMER TERRACE - Equipped with rattan sofas, armchairs, and tables, the summer terrace is the ideal place for morning coffee/tea and afternoon relaxation, providing views of the lively stream, meadow, pool, and forest.

WINTER TERRACE - With a fireplace, comfortable sofas, and tables, the winter terrace is a perfect place to spend time during colder days and evenings. The large glass windows offer views of the stream and garden, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The winter terrace is also a great venue for livelier events.

PLAYROOM - For the youngest guests, there is a playroom equipped with foosball, a sound system for children's playtime, as well as another room for adults, which some guests refer to as a café or bar, but is called the WINTER TERRACE by the staff due to its fireplace and ample space, making it an ideal spot for louder events.

BONFIRE AND GARDEN - In front of the guesthouse, there is a spacious area where bonfires are often held, with delicious treats cooked on skewers or shared pots of soup.

PLAYGROUND - A playground is available for the youngest guests, featuring four swings, a mini climbing rock, two slides, and a fitness module.

VOLLEYBALL COURT - Available for the youngest and slightly older guests, there is a volleyball and badminton court.

SUN LOUNGERS - Besides the large 2-hectare area, guests have access to sun loungers.

HOT TUBE / RUSSIAN BANYA - An ideal option for spending an evening is the incredibly relaxing Russian banya, similar to a sauna, with the difference that the pleasure lasts 1-2h-3h in 38°C water, rather than 5-15 minutes in a sauna. Due to the lengthy process of heating 3000 liters of water, preparation requires a minimum of 8 hours notice before use. The Russian banya is prepared upon individual guest request and may involve an additional fee.

SAUNA - For those who feel that they might get cold in the Russian banya, there is a Finnish sauna available to warm up during winter evenings and beyond. The sauna is located outdoors in the form of an overturned barrel standing right above the stream, with a large panoramic window of 200 cm in diameter providing views of the stream. The sauna is prepared upon individual guest request and may involve an additional fee.

SPORTS EQUIPMENT DRYING ROOM - During winter sports activities, boots, gloves, and hats require drying. For our sports enthusiasts, a special room has been prepared for drying equipment.

PARKING and ACCESS - A large parking area is available right next to the asphalt road, accommodating a significant number of cars. The guesthouse is accessible via a gently sloping asphalt road, suitable for all-wheel-drive vehicles.
