Zu empfehlen ist neben dem Tourismusort St. Peter Ording auch Tönning mit dem kleinen Hafen und dem Marktplatz, wo auf dem Wochenmarkt sehr gute lokale Produkte gekauft werden können. Ein Wanderung zum Leuchtturm Westerhever ist ein Muss. Ebenfalls zu empfehlen ist eine der angebotenen Wattwanderungen bei der man sehr viel Interessanten über Tide, Priele sowie das Watt mit seinen Pflanzen und Tieren erfährt.”

    “Westerhever is schitterend. Een klein maar heel mooi dorpje is een fantastische omgeving. Het gehele gebied is toeristisch maar Westerhever zelf is net wat rustiger waardoor je hier echt kan genieten van de natuur. Op 15-30 minuten rijden zijn er diverse leuke attracties aanwezig zoals het schitterende Waddenzee museum. Aanrader is Cafe Eclair op 5 minuten rijden van Westerhever, erg lekkere Kuchen”
